August Break in Northampton

I love glass. Especially windows. The combination of reflection and revelation always creates something intriguing.

But as much as I like this shot, I was definitely too slow on the draw. Inside was the most amazing art exhibit being installed. I don’t remember what it was, but I remember the contrast between the church across the street and the contents of the room breathtaking. Unfortunately, the organizer’s feathers got ruffled when my friend and I stopped to look and this young woman was quickly ordered to cover the window with paper.

Some really interesting moments happen when artists are in conflict with each other.
